RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit according to your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY
  • The Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods, purchased from www.thebfr.co
Whats does this limited warrant cover?
  • This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
  • During the Warranty Period, www.thebfr.co will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 
What will we do to correct problems?
  • www.thebfr.co will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
  • The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from www.thebfr.co is 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 6 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warrant not cover?
 
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
What do you I have to do?
 
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
 

DISPATCH & DELIVERIES POLICY

  • All orders are dispatched using the services of Australia Post.  Dispatch will be within 2-3 days of ordering and associated tracking numbers will be supplied once lodged.

  • thebfr.co is trading under the business name of Integra Health Training. This Record of Registration contains information recorded on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's (ASIC) register under section 33(8) of the Business Names Registration Act 2011.
